Thetford BV offers the end users of its products a three-year warranty. In the event of a malfunction within the warranty period, Thetford will replace or repair the product. In this situation, replacement and labor costs for replacement of defective components or the cost of parts will be borne by Thetford.

Purchased spare parts and accessories are guaranteed for one year. Accessory labor costs are not covered under warranty.

To make a claim under this warranty, the user must take the product to an authorized Thetford service center. There they will evaluate the claim.
Components replaced during warranty repair will become the property of Thetford.
This guarantee will not act against the current legislation of consumer protection.
This warranty is not valid in the case of products used for commercial purposes.
Claims in one of the following categories will not be accepted under warranty:
The product has been used incorrectly or the instructions in the manual have not been followed;
The product has not been installed according to the instructions;
Modifications have been made to the product;
The product has been repaired, but not by an authorized Thetford service center;
The serial number or product code has been altered or removed;
The product has been damaged by improper use.

Thetford service will determine whether to repair or exchange the product and to assume the costs involved. If these steps are not followed, Thetford reserves the right to reject the warranty claim and related costs.
